The volume of the building responds to the three most important urban aspects of the context in which is located. In the first place, the public space of the Rodrigo Bueno neighborhood, the green esplanade that is part of the urban design plan under development that functions as the link between the city and this new district, and lastly and with importance to the Natural Reserve. The two volumes that contain the program are separated to reveal an open and transparent space that is open to public and community use, this space can accommodate various public activities as well as create transparency between the reserve, the square, and the Neighborhood, and also establishing a concrete dialogue between urban voids. The west volume, which contains the training spaces, responds very clearly to the esplanade with a continuous and transparent façade, which allows us to see its activities and the movement of the dance. Finally, the last volume, which contains the auditorium and the exhibition area, takes up a monolithic appearance and materiality that allows a dialogue with the reserve through its innovative bio-walls. Two volumes, three spaces. Volumes with antagonistic expressions are connected with a unique structural, material, and spatial order. The earth-colored concrete, which evokes the color of the earth, the brick of the Buenos Aires buildings, and the colors of the sunsets is the common element between the two volumes.
